Happy May, friends! We are so excited to be back with another challenge this month!
We had such a great response to our April challenge and we were really happy to see so many wonderful projects being entered. Thank you to everyone who participated! And without further ado, the winner for our April challenge, picked at random, is:

So, on to this month's challenge. I LOVE card sketches - I find them so inspiring - so this month, we've come up with a sketch challenge for you!
Create a card, scrapbook layout or other handmade project using the sketch as inspiration. It doesn't have to be IDENTICAL - for example, you don't have to use hearts, you could use sequins or stars. You might choose to turn the card sketch horizontal, or play with the dimensions - as long as you've taken inspiration from the sketch, it's all good!
This month we have our wonderful friend Miri, who you may know as @miriamscardcorner, guest designing for us! Miri has come up with this amazing card design to give you some inspiration on how to use this month's sketch:
How beautiful is this? I love the little critters floating up on their balloons, and how Miri has carried the heart theme through to the embossed background and the balloon shape!
So, over to you! You have until 5pm on Friday 31st May to submit your challenge entry by posting your card on social media with the hashtag #craftandconnectchallenge

Here's a quick reminder of the Challenge Rules:
- Create a new project (it can be a card, scrapbook layout, mixed media project or anything else your crafty heart desires) that fits with the month's theme;
- You can use any brands you love;
- Enter the challenge by posting it on social media (Instagram or Facebook) with the hashtag #craftandconnectchallenge
- Each month, the challenge will be open from the date the challenge is posted (which should be the 1st of the month) until 5pm (UK time) on the final day of the month;
- Winners will be picked at random, and will have the opportunity to guest design for a future challenge;
- Winners will receive a prize, which will be set out with the details of that month's challenge.
If you use the hashtag #craftandconnectchallenge you will also have the opportunity to be featured in our Stories!
